كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ ۗ … And it may be that you dislike a thing and it is actually good for you and it ma. And perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem. War is enjoined on you, even though it be disliked by you;

Original book كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ. And it may be that you dislike a thing and it is actually good for you and it ma. Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem. It may well be that you dislike a thing even though it is good for you, and it may well be that you like a thing even though it is bad for you. And allah knows, while you know not. كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ وَهُوَ كُرْهٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ ۗ … (2:216) fighting is ordained upon you and it is disliked by you; Allah knows and you do not know.
